BajuGali (“BajuGali”, “we”, “our”) is an on-ground (BTL) marketing company and part of BrandCrest Holdings. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website at bajugali.com, our client dashboard and our mobile apps. By using any of them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical or digital signature.

The content on this website is for general information about BajuGali and our services, and it may change without notice. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers or data, disrupt the website, or send false or misleading information through our contact form.

Our services, including activations, premise branding, transit advertising, hyperlocal distribution, and production and fabrication, are provided under the quotation, proposal or agreement for each campaign. That document sets out the scope, locations, timelines, deliverables, pricing and payment terms. If it differs from these Terms, that document applies to the campaign. Descriptions of formats and services on this website are not an offer by themselves.

If we give you access to our client dashboard, keep your login details confidential and do not share them outside your team. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you should tell us at once if you believe someone has used it without permission. We may suspend access that is misused or that puts the dashboard or other users at risk.

Our mobile apps are used by our field teams during campaigns, and access to them is given by BajuGali. Use them only for the campaign work you are assigned, and do not share your login. The photographs and precise location data the apps collect, and how we use them, are described in our Privacy Policy.

The text, designs, graphics, logos and other content on this website belong to BajuGali or BrandCrest Holdings, or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or modify them without our written permission. Client brand names and logos belong to their owners. Rights in campaign creatives and materials are as agreed for each campaign.

Our website may include links to external websites that operate independently of BajuGali. We are not responsible for their content, security or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is”, without any warranty that it is complete, accurate or always available. Examples and descriptions of campaigns on this website are for information only and do not promise a particular outcome for your campaign.

To the extent permitted by law, BajuGali is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Our responsibility for campaign services is as set out in the quotation, proposal or agreement for that campaign.

You agree to indemnify BajuGali, BrandCrest Holdings and their employees against claims, losses and liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of others.

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, government orders or local restrictions.

How we collect, use and protect personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and continuing to use our website or services after that means you accept the updated Terms.
